ON A SNOWY DAY

I am sitting by the window, watching the beautiful snow falling gently, sipping my cinnamon tea and thinking.
It's a beautiful day; I need to make something. Maybe a carrot cake. Do you have any good recipe to share?

How is your Sunday?

  2. Carrot cake sounds like a wonderful idea.
I normally use a recipe very close to this one.

  8. I think we are having similar weather 1/2 a world apart! I miss the wet snow from when I lived in Turkey and Jordan ... it's not the same here.
