ON A SNOWY DAY




I am sitting by the window, watching the beautiful snow falling gently, sipping my cinnamon tea and thinking. 
It's a beautiful day; I need to make something. Maybe a carrot cake. Do you have any good recipe to share?

    Carrot cake sounds like a wonderful idea.
    I normally use a recipe very close to this one.

    Oooo so beautiful! A perfect way to spend a Sunday! Good luck with the carrot cake - I might have to check out some of the recipes shared and make some myself (I've never made carrot cake before).

    I think we are having similar weather 1/2 a world apart! I miss the wet snow from when I lived in Turkey and Jordan ... it's not the same here.
