Ingredients for icing :2 cups of milk1 cinnamon stick2 teaspoons vanilla sugar2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons corn flour2 egg yolks50 grams unsalted butter

In a saucepan bring the milk, cinnamon stick, vanilla sugar and one tablespoon of sugar to a boil. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks, the other spoon of sugar and corn flour together. Pour a little of milk mix to egg yolks mix and then stir all the ingredients back to the saucepan and whisk until thick.Add butter at the end. Let it cool completely, and ... enjoy!
