PERSONA

I always think what the genuine character behind a face is. I sometimes think that maybe you can never truly understand the sentiments of people. It feels strange when you think deeply about it. People sometimes feel so unknown when you look at their faces for more than five minutes. I love taking portraits.

~ Bichos da Matos : Really? How great that is ! Thanks for mentioning. :)
~ Sara : Oh Sara I am so excited!
~ Le blOg d'Otli : :) yes, it was really that scene.lol
~ Bonbon Oiseau : Thank you Deb. You're always so sweet.
~ Jodes : I like to hear that you're enjoying my blog. :) And yes, don't you think our world would be more beautiful if everyone believes in those two simple words? It's great to know you! xo

I so agree! It's when you stare at someone for a long time you think you really see the person... But you don't. The face just looks unrecognizable after a while.

These pictures are amazing! Your friends must be so happy with the pictures you took of them!

This is why I love portraits, too! It's like people-watching without the unwanted creepy staring.

I so agree with you. I feel often the same, that people feel so unrecognizable after looking at them for a while. A bit same than if you think about some word long enough and it becomes weird and you start wondering if it's a word at all.. or at least that's how I feel it:)

Taking portraits really is lovely and you have taken some really good ones!=)

i agree with you. there are so many mysteries we will never know.
and at the same time, there are thousands of clues in the face. beautiful!

these are so beautiful, i am crying.
there is nothing like a black and white portrait.
i am sitting here in ny and am heartbroken that iran and the us seem so far apart, and seem to have no sense of one another.
and yet, we are all the same.
and all beautiful, in black and white.
