Hello and happy Monday!
These film photos are taken a few months ago in our old house. They make me miss that house. And the biggest reason is sunshine. I adore sunshine, like a vital thing in my life. It fills me with pure happiness when comes in through the window. But in this new house I miss it. We have plenty of light but no direct ray of sunshine. But you know... it's okay. As long as light is, I can live!

I really love the light here! And the red colour tones.
such beautiful colors and light in these photos. i am like you, i really cherish the light as well... i love an open home with lots of light and miss that about my old house so much.
(and i am typing this on a very dreary and cold, rainy day!)
I love spaces with lots of sunlight. I had an apartment once that (in the summer) never once made me turn on a light before 9pm, it was lovely. Now when I'm apartment hunting I don't even both look at basement apartments, even if they're the right price and location - I would die without the sunlight!
The light in these photos is beautiful. I am longing for the sun, it is so gray and rainy here.
These photos are so light and warm!
I love your blog by the way! xo
I'm glad you're still getting light but I can understand that you're missing the direct sunlight you had previously.
Sunshine does make a big difference in how we feel. If it's super cold, I don't mind if the sun is shining. Seeing the blue skies and sun's rays has a way of lifting our souls.
When the weather's pleasant, you'll be able to spend more time outside where the sun shines on your face and warms your body.
Here's to light and life! Cheers!!!
I love your use of light! And thoughts... So sweet.
Love, love, love these captures. The grain, the light, simply beautiful.
I love your space here~
wow, the light is just gorgeous! i especially love that first shot.
the light in your photos really catches my attention. it makes me long for... right, for, something... mhm.....
better let it linger...

these make me smile.
p.s. i´m so glad you like it!
big hugs!
I agree; the more light the better. Unfortunately our apartment is really dark which besides also means bad lighting for picture taking ;-/
i know what you mean. our house is too dark. my 'second' home has more light. but less warmth and cozy-ness to it. finding the perfect balance....
i love these photos. i feel them. somehow.
those photos are gorgeous...my sewing room is my favorite room in the entire house because of the amount of sunshine that gets into the room :)

Beautiful, as always. :)
I understand that very much! We are considering a move because there is so little light in our current home. It is something we so often take for granted until it is gone!
