aah something simple like fried eggs 'sunny side up' ... delicious!Besides salt & pepper I like to add nutmeg.

Wow this is such a typical Parsi meal! I didn't realise it must have orginated in Iran? Eggs... with just about anything is Mum's staple food!

Right after seeing this post, I went to the kitchen and made fried eggs...HAAH.. really enjoyed it! although its 2:35am!...you know..."HAVAS KARDAM!"... I just came back to thank you for this fresh joy in your photos :)
