It's a beautiful day, and I feel good. Farshad is here and today he took me out for Mexican food, cold mocha and laughter. I love those moments which we laugh till our tums going to ache. :)

I needed a day like this; after my sister left. Miss her so very badly.

We had the most beautiful time this spring with my sister and her family. They left last night and this morning life seemed so hard to me. But these amazing photos(mostly taken by my sister) made me grin, from ear to ear!

Life is good, though it seems like a melancholy truth sometimes.

Dario will be three in about two weeks. But since they are leaving here two days later, we decided to throw him a little birthday party here in Tehran. We can't miss his birthday, can we?!

Tonight is all about mixed feelings. I feel blue deep in my heart yet a happy little creature chuckling somewhere in my shoulders. I know; it's life. I know we all have to accept that this world is not perfect. That life is not always "simply beautiful". That you need to fight for it. You need to wait. You need to accept being not so very peppy sometimes. Yes, I wish I could change it. I wish I could always smile. But there are nights like this that you need to cry.
And you need to believe that it's not ugly to cry.
