Do you remember?
That I was happy like a big red balloon when you told me that you truly loved me? That you wanted to spend the rest of your life with me? 
Do you remember that day? That moment? When my fingers were so cold I couldn't feel them. And my heart was melting like a strawberry flavored ice cream in a hot summer day?! 
I do remember. I do still feel like a big red balloon. I do still melt like an ice cream when you hold my hands. I do still love you like it's our first day.

COUNTDOWN TIME

I always do seven day countdowns when I am waiting for something special. On this blog, I did it once Farshad was away on his trip to U.S. on March 2009. A countdown with the theme of love.
He's away again, and today I just feel for another countdown. This time I'm going to write little notes about our relationship, about our path, about those tiny yet beautiful moments in our lives which keep us in love. To remember, to cherish the love.

THESE DAYS ...






First seven days passed very well. It feels good to be more concentrated on my body. Good food and limited calories help feeling more fresh and healthy.

Yesterday after making an apple cake I took a long walk to our local post office to send someone a little package,  then came back home and enjoyed the cake in company with mom and dad. Cardamon was the scent.

The little plant in the picture is my new friend my mom has given me. She's a newborn actually, and I totally relish her beauty everyday. :)

GROW A FLOWER INSIDE OF YOU

Days are still so hot here and I am so longing for rain. Lemon & water is my favorite drink these days and reading is coming back to its own place. Oh and I am so in the mood for some good "hanging out in Tehran".

A TWENTY ONE DAY HEALTH PROGRAM






Hello everyone!

Today I have something to share with you. I've started a delicate health program for myself . I've been thinking about it for awhile and yesterday I found that it's time. Nothing complicated is on this program.
All I had to do was to make a list of things that improve the general condition of both my body and mind. Things that we all know but we sometimes forget to have. And try my best to do it in twenty one days.

I will be sharing some details of my plan everyday here on my blog. So if you want you can simply join me. :)




Day 1 :
- Cleaned my room and my workplace.
- Organized my computer files.
- Watched an animation : Robin Hood (1973) ~ How adorably inspiring that old story is! :) ~
- Wrote down everything I ate with their calories as a list. ~ Don't hesitate this one if you really want to lose weight. Food diaries keep you aware of  portion sizes. ~
- A delicious healthy drink : One glass of low fat milk + half of one banana + one medium apple + half of one mango ... put them all in blender, add two drops of vanilla extract and ... wow I am addicted!
- Drank two glasses of water.



I feel good! :)
